Hello my name is Otto Huber, I am a 18-year-old Student, Educator, and Theater Tech from Oak Park IL.

I am currently a freshmen at Illinois State University where I am a Production Design Technology and Theater Teacher Education major.

I am also an employee of the middle school theater program CAST at Julian. My job there is Technical Staff/ Mentor & Staff Rigging Specialist. At CAST, my responsibilities include working in all aspects of theater tech such as platforming, construction, set design, painting, props work, lighting, and sound engineering. Additionally, I am the rigging specialist of this program. The other half of this position is working with middle school-age students to teach them the basics of shop safety, construction, paint, lights, sound, and running shows.
